Fill in Form D, sign it and send it:

• by registered letter with return receipt addressed to Corpo di Polizia Locale di Ferrandina, Piazza Plebiscito n. 12 – 75013 Ferrandina (MT);
• by email at infopm@comune.ferrandina.mt.it
